Shipping is the one cost that arrives from many places: a carrier CSV, Shopify labels, what the customer paid, a per-product cost, or a flat country rate. Rather than force you to pick one, Shopshot resolves a single shipping cost per order using a priority order. The first available source wins.

The priority order
Shopshot checks these sources top to bottom and uses the first one that has a value for the order.

Each source can be turned on or off, and its status (Configured or Not configured) is shown so you always know which sources are live.
Partial coverage falls through
Product-level shipping (source 4) applies only when every line item in the order is covered by a product-level cost. If coverage is partial, the order falls through to the next available source, usually Shipping Zone Costs. One order always ends with exactly one resolved shipping method, and Orders shows which source was used via the Shipping Cost Source field, which you can also filter on.
Set country zone rates
Shipping Zone Costs let you manage fixed rates per country. Add a rule with + Add Rule, set a cost per country or region (for example United States, United Kingdom, Rest of the World), and edit or delete rules as your rates change.

Common questions
Which source is being used for a given order? Open the order in Orders and check the Shipping Cost Source, or filter the Orders table by that field.
Why did an order not use my product-level shipping? Product-level shipping needs full coverage of every line item. On partial coverage it falls through to the next configured source.
How do I record free shipping? See FAQ: how do I set shipping cost to zero (free shipping)?
Can I use more than one source? Yes. Configure several and Shopshot picks the highest-priority one that has a value for each order.
