Because Shopshot bills through Shopify, managing your plan is simple and always in your control. Here is how to change, upgrade, or cancel.
Change or upgrade your plan
You can move between plans from within Shopshot. When you change plans, Shopshot updates your Shopify subscription accordingly. Plans are matched to your average orders per month over the trailing 6 months, so as your sustained volume grows, moving up keeps your plan aligned. A single spike month does not force a change. See Pricing, Free Trial & billing.
Cancel
To stop your subscription, cancel from within Shopshot or by removing the app in your Shopify admin. When you cancel, Shopshot stops syncing new data. If you also uninstall, your data is removed. See Uninstall Shopshot and delete your data.
Common questions
Will I be charged if my orders temporarily spike? No. Pricing uses a trailing 6-month average, so a busy month does not move you up a tier on its own.
Where is my invoice? On your regular Shopify bill. Shopshot charges appear there, not as a separate invoice.
Do I lose my data if I cancel? Canceling stops syncing. Uninstalling removes your data. See the uninstall guide.
Next step
If you are leaving, here is exactly what happens to your data. → Uninstall Shopshot and delete your data
