Export a PDF or share a link
On the Profit Leak Agent, Export PDF produces a clean, self-contained report you can attach to an email or a deck. Share creates a link you can send to someone who does not have access to the app, so an accountant or investor can see the findings without a login.
Export a table to CSV
Orders, Products, Business Metrics, and the P&L statement each export to CSV, respecting the date range and any filters you have applied. This is the fastest way to pull a specific slice into your own model.

Email a snapshot, once or on a schedule
From the Profit & Loss page you can Email a snapshot immediately. To send reports automatically, set up a recurring email in Settings > Email Reports, where you choose the cadence (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly), the recipients for each cadence, and exactly which KPIs appear. Common questions
Does an export respect my filters and date range? Yes. CSV exports reflect the current date range and any filters applied to that table.
Can I share a report with someone who does not use Shopshot? Yes. Use Export PDF or the Share link on the Profit Leak Agent so they can view it without an account.
How do I stop logging in to check my numbers? Turn on a recurring email in Settings > Email Reports and add yourself as a recipient.
