Integrations connect your ad platforms so Shopshot can centralize your data and calculate real acquisition cost, blended returns, and campaign-level attribution. The Integrations page shows each connector, its status, and how many are connected.

What you can connect

Under Marketing you can connect:

  • Meta Ads. Facebook and Instagram advertising.

  • Google Ads. Search, Shopping, and Pmax.

Use the search box to find a connector, then Connect to start the OAuth flow, or Manage one that is already active.

How the connection works

Shopshot requests read-only access, and your credentials are never stored by Shopshot. Once connected, data syncs automatically on a schedule (for example every 6 hours). You can Resync Now at any time from the connector's Manage panel.

The Manage panel shows the connection status and when it last synced, the account it is linked to (for example Customer ID and Manager ID for Google Ads), and a Disconnect integration option.

Campaign performance

Inside a connected integration, Campaign Performance lists campaigns loaded from the platform for your selected reporting window, with spend, clicks, and impressions. You can search campaigns and toggle individual campaigns on or off for how they feed Shopshot.

Getting attribution right

For clearer campaign-level attribution, keep Google auto-tagging enabled and add UTM parameters in your Final URL suffix. Shopshot uses last-click UTM attribution and excludes platform self-reported numbers. See the Attribution article for why.

Common questions

Is my ad account safe? Shopshot requests read-only access and does not store your credentials. You can disconnect at any time.

How fresh is the data? It syncs automatically on a schedule, and you can force a resync from the Manage panel.

Why does spend in Shopshot differ from the platform dashboard? Shopshot reconciles spend against orders using last-click UTM, rather than the platform's self-attributed conversions.
