Leaving should be as clean as arriving. If you uninstall Shopshot, your data goes with it. There is no retained copy and no support email gauntlet.
What happens when you uninstall
Syncing stops. Shopshot no longer pulls new orders or spend.
Your data is removed. Shopshot does not keep a copy of your store's data after uninstall.
Billing stops. Because billing runs through Shopify, removing the app ends the subscription on your Shopify bill.
How to uninstall
Remove Shopshot from your Shopify admin like any other app. That is all that is required.
If you reinstall later
If you come back, Shopshot re-imports your recent orders and history from Shopify on install, and you set up costs again. Your earlier settings are not retained after a full uninstall, so keep a copy of anything custom (for example an exported COGS CSV) if you expect to return.
