Shopshot runs as a Shopify-embedded app, so your account is your Shopify session. There is no separate Shopshot password. A few store attributes shape how every number is displayed, and it helps to know where they live.

Store context in the sidebar
The top of the left sidebar always shows the context you are working in.

Because everything is dated in your store's time zone, a sale near midnight lands on the same day it does in Shopify, which is one reason your totals reconcile.
Settings and where costs live
The Settings area holds your store configuration. The costs that shape your numbers live under Costs Setup, and ad connections live under Integrations.
Logging out
A Logout control sits at the bottom of the sidebar. Because access follows your Shopify session, you can also manage the app and staff permissions from your Shopify admin to control who can open Shopshot.
Common questions
How do I change my currency or time zone? These follow your store configuration. Update them where your store settings are managed.
Who can see Shopshot in my store? Whoever has access to the app through your Shopify staff permissions.
A date looks off by a day. Why? Check the time zone shown in the sidebar. Shopshot dates everything in your store's time zone.
